This Post-Show Talk features the Choreographer, Artistic Director & Co-Founder of LINES Ballet, Alonzo King, in conversation with Scholar-in-Residence Judy Tyrus. The talk took place on August 5, 2022, following a performance by Alonzo King LINES Ballet at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival in Becket, MA. 2022 Post-Show Talks are held at Jacob's Pillow after each Friday performance in the Ted Shawn Theatre, offering an opportunity for audiences to gain more insight directly from the artists themselves. The preceding performance featured the following excerpts by Alonzo King, "Grace," "Writing Ground," "The Radius of Convergence," and "Rasa," which make up the "Four Heart Testaments" and King's work "AZOTH."
